In
contrast to the "reflective only" products you currently
utilize, PolyBrite vests are both reflective and self-illuminated.
Using PolyBrite products increases safety since your officers
will no longer have to rely upon an external light source or otherwise
be in eminent danger (such as the path of an oncoming car) to
be seen. As with PolyBrite safety vests, PolyBrite batons enhance
your user's safety because they can be seen wherever they are-on
the side of the road, at a crash site, or at a work zone. Running
on just two AA batteries, these products can provide illumination
for up to 400 hours (flashlights typically last only 6 hours).
In addition, PolyBrite batons are much lighter weight than flashlights
and are far more durable.
